Responsibilities

• ▹Act as the architectural counterpart to Product Management, translating business goals into solution options with clear trade-offs
• ▹Own end-to-end solution design for significant initiatives
• ▹Challenge and refine requirements, identifying the real problem behind a requested feature
• ▹Present options and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders such as commercial leadership and clinical staff
• ▹Build solution artefacts such as solution overviews, capability maps and integration blueprints
• ▹Partner with Delivery on sequencing and phasing of the roadmap
• ▹Lead technical and solution workshops with customers and partners
• ▹Take an active role in pre-sales including technical scoping, proposals and RFP responses
• ▹Serve as trusted technical advisor to key accounts during escalations
• ▹Serve as technical consultant for assigned domains, ensuring architectural integrity
• ▹Shape domain models and identify bounded contexts and integration points
• ▹Define APIs and event contracts across microservices and cross-domain workflows
• ▹Evaluate initiatives for architectural feasibility
• ▹Participate in architecture reviews and platform governance
• ▹Coach teams on DDD, Clean Architecture and best engineering practices
• ▹Maintain architecture diagrams, specifications and architecture decision records
