Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain API integrations with OEMs and other energy partners, ensuring they are reliable, performant, and well tested.
• ▹Improve the connectivity platform by reducing incidents, enhancing observability, and strengthening the API's resilience.
• ▹Develop automations and internal tools to streamline integration monitoring, triage, and testing.
• ▹Contribute to defining SLAs, monitoring, and alerting practices.
• ▹Participate in discussions to align platform priorities with product needs.
• ▹Foster a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and refining best practices.

Requirements

• ▹Backend engineering experience, comfortable working with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node, AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
• ▹Experience fixing bugs, building automations, and improving monitoring and alerting.
• ▹Comfort working on third-party API integrations of varying maturity.
• ▹Comfort using AI as a strategic lever for engineering work, not just for productivity.
