Responsibilities

• ▹Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to drive advertiser success
• ▹Onboard new advertisers and monitor delivery and performance
• ▹Resolve technical issues and provide in-depth technical recommendations, best practices and optimization strategies
• ▹Own the end-to-end technical onboarding process, Taboola pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and performance/health analysis
• ▹Build in-depth knowledge of how Taboola's advertising products work
• ▹Implement setup and delivery tasks and consult customers on best practices
• ▹Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and proactively solve onboarding-related issues

Requirements

• ▹Fluency in English
• ▹B.Tech/B.E./BSc in IT with at least 3 years of experience in technical solutions or support roles, preferably in ad tech
• ▹Hands-on experience with SQL and API calls and tools
• ▹Strong customer service skills, able to translate technical analysis into customer actions
• ▹Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling and competitive selling
• ▹Knowledge of business processes and workflows, with structured documentation ability
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• ▹Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritizing appropriately
• ▹Ability to understand business objectives and partner to achieve results

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Google Analytics, JavaScript, CSS/HTML and Mobile SDKs
• ▹Experience with tracking implementations (Shopify, WordPress, DCM, etc.)
• ▹Experience with pixel implementation on customer websites, including S2S and cookie-based approaches
• ▹Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and mobile measurement partners (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch)
• ▹Familiarity with attribution models, testing frameworks and privacy regulations
• ▹Good understanding of the digital media industry, ad serving technologies and platforms
