CIAM Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Work on customer-facing projects with architects and fellow consultants, delivering best-of-breed CIAM solutions
• ▹Ensure that every change implementation meets or exceeds client expectations
• ▹Determine what customers actually need using analytical and consulting skills
• ▹Interact with client-side architects, developers, and business users
• ▹Liaise with external vendors, such as engineers who build customer portals
• ▹Focus on technical topics such as flow and integration, while contributing UX/UI insights

Requirements

• ▹Relevant experience: a CIAM track record is welcome, but pure IAM experience also works
• ▹Alternatively: e-tail checkout experience and/or a background in customer journey mapping
• ▹Familiarity is not required with all of the following, but the more the merrier: OWASP, OSI, XML, JSON, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Java, Python, Bash, Linux, Docker, SQL, Kubernetes, AWS, ArchiMate, Node, HTML/CSS/CSP, JavaScript
• ▹Solid analytical skills
• ▹Knowledge of APIs
• ▹Confidence to lead discussions with client-side counterparts, including senior management
• ▹Proven ability to translate intricate use cases into clear-cut stories
• ▹A security-first mindset
