• ▹Lead the full Accounts team through the transition (the split-off of the Ledger team)
• ▹Work alongside the existing team, which includes strong staff-level individual contributor experience, to design the seam between the two teams
• ▹Work out where engineers land across the two teams
• ▹Help build the organisational structure during the transition
