Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and directly manage a cross-functional team of 8-12 engineers
• ▹Partner with a Product Manager to form the Product Engineering Duo
• ▹Be responsible for the delivery of the team - quality, stability, timelines, dependencies
• ▹Be responsible for the tech excellence and architecture within the scope of the team
• ▹Drive continuous improvement of team performance as measured by DORA
• ▹Secure the continuous growth and wellbeing of the engineers on the team
• ▹Divide time between design, coding and coaching other team members
