1st Line IT Support Technician (Gothenburg)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Handle incoming support tickets via phone, email and ticketing system
• ▹Provide technical support to users in Windows and Mac environments
• ▹Account management in Active Directory
• ▹Support and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365
• ▹Assist with cloud services such as Azure or other cloud platforms
• ▹Install and troubleshoot clients, applications and peripherals
• ▹Document solutions in the ticketing system
• ▹Escalate more complex cases to 2nd line when needed

Requirements

• ▹Around 1-2 years of experience in IT support or service desk
• ▹Active Directory and account management
• ▹Microsoft 365 and user support
• ▹Basic understanding of Azure or other cloud services
• ▹Support in Windows and preferably also Mac environments
• ▹Experience working in a ticketing system
• ▹Phone support and user assistance
