Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical support to users via phone and ticketing system
• ▹Register, troubleshoot and follow up on IT-related tickets
• ▹Manage user accounts and permissions
• ▹Help users troubleshoot computers, printers and other IT equipment
• ▹Perform administrative tasks related to the service desk

Requirements

• ▹Student in a post-secondary IT program
• ▹At least 1.5 years remaining in studies
• ▹Strong interest in IT and technology
• ▹Fluent in both Swedish and English

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience in customer service, service desk or technical support
• ▹Experience with hardware, software and networking
• ▹Experience with Windows environments
• ▹Experience with Microsoft platforms and services such as Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure Active Directory (AAD), or Intune
