Responsibilities

• ▹Understanding Truecaller's data in depth
• ▹Owning the team's quantitative insights and playing a crucial role in product development
• ▹Defining experiments, overseeing their setup, and analyzing results to drive decision-making
• ▹Developing and maintaining KPIs, ensuring their tracking, reliability, and reporting
• ▹Creating data pipelines and dashboards to measure the team's KPIs and communicate insights
• ▹Coaching and mentoring the team on experimentation and data-driven product development

Requirements

• ▹6-10 years of experience in data analytics
• ▹Experience using SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data
• ▹Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker preferred, QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI)
• ▹Experience mentoring, coaching, and evangelizing about data in product development
• ▹Ability to dig into different data sources to understand customer behaviours
• ▹Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have

• ▹Big data query tools (BigQuery)
• ▹Experience with data from mobile applications
