Responsibilities

• ▹Understanding Truecaller's data
• ▹Taking ownership of quantitative insights for the team, playing a crucial role in product development
• ▹Defining experiments, overseeing their setup, and analyzing their results to drive decision-making
• ▹Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring their tracking, reliability, and reporting
• ▹Creating data pipelines and dashboards to measure the team's KPIs and communicate insights to the team and leadership
• ▹Coaching and mentoring the team on experimentation and data-driven product development processes, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• ▹Experience using SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data
• ▹Experience with data visualisation tools like Looker (preferred), QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI
• ▹Experience mentoring, coaching, and evangelizing about data in product development
• ▹Experience digging into different data sources to understand why specific customer behaviours happen
• ▹Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have

• ▹Big data query tools (BigQuery)
• ▹Experience with data from mobile applications
