Responsibilities

• ▹Design and analyze experiments, pilots, and performance evaluations that separate signal from noise
• ▹Build dashboards and reporting that give leaders visibility into operational performance, customer outcomes, and organizational health
• ▹Analyze data across multiple sources to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and risks
• ▹Use segmentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral data to understand customers, users, or operational processes
• ▹Partner with stakeholders across departments to answer business questions, evaluate tradeoffs, and provide analytical recommendations
• ▹Improve data quality, instrumentation, and reporting by identifying gaps in existing data collection

Requirements

• ▹A track record of solving complex business problems through analysis and influencing decisions with data
• ▹Strong analytical fundamentals, SQL as a core part of your toolkit, comfortable working with large datasets
• ▹Thinking beyond reporting: investigating root causes and recommending actions
• ▹Ability to explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Comfort starting from a business question and determining what data, analyses, or metrics are needed
• ▹Quick adaptation to new tools and approaches

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with modern analytics tools: SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
