Second-Line Support / Incident Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Handle support cases related to production and external test environments for healthcare and pharmacy actors
• ▹Troubleshoot and extract data and logs from databases and logging tools
• ▹Create test data for customers and maintain test environments
• ▹Act as Incident Manager on a rotating schedule, both during and outside office hours
• ▹Direct and coordinate the work needed to resolve incidents
• ▹Maintain clear communication with external and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Post-secondary IT education, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
• ▹Current experience working with technical support
• ▹Current experience formulating queries in large databases and log files
• ▹Current experience working in a process-oriented way
• ▹Good Swedish skills, spoken and written
• ▹Good English skills, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience as an Incident Manager and/or Problem Manager
• ▹Experience with the Splunk logging tool
• ▹Experience with Oracle SQL Developer and/or SQL Server Management Studio
• ▹Experience operating server applications with high performance, quality and availability requirements
• ▹Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
