Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and develop the agency's enterprise architecture work
• ▹Provide guidance and governance to the organization on framework and methodology questions
• ▹Ensure that approved strategies and guidelines are followed
• ▹Jointly develop the agency's architecture framework, IT strategy and application guidelines with the five-person architecture team
• ▹Work closely with business departments, gaining broad understanding of the agency's decentralized architecture landscape
• ▹Shape the architectural foundations for national eHealth services, improving daily life for patients, healthcare staff, pharmacies and social services

Requirements

• ▹Academic degree as an engineer, systems scientist or equivalent professional experience
• ▹Several years of experience working with IT architecture
• ▹Experience with modeling notations such as ArchiMate and UML and other relevant tools
• ▹Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working in an enterprise architecture function where organizational strategy and direction are realized architecturally
• ▹Architecture certification(s)
• ▹Experience with architecture work in portfolio governance
