Responsibilities

• ▹Build predictive and prescriptive ML models for pharmacy cost and risk, including feature engineering and explainability analysis (e.g. SHAP)
• ▹Develop member-level risk and comorbidity scoring, mapping drug identifiers to clinical conditions
• ▹Apply ML to automate high-effort clinical operations processes (e.g. prior-authorization override automation)
• ▹Apply AI/NLP to unstructured member and clinical text: sentiment analysis, topic modeling, tokenization
• ▹Apply LLMs and internal AI services to automate clinical policy and documentation workflows, including prompt design and output validation
• ▹Design and maintain probabilistic (fuzzy) matching logic to reconcile member identifiers across source systems
• ▹Produce clinical and pharmacy analytics (medication adherence, PMPM metrics), reconcile data discrepancies
• ▹Build analytical tools and prototypes, including lightweight front ends (e.g. Streamlit)
