Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and refine predictive models, conduct exploratory data analysis and generate AI-driven insights to support intelligence and operational planning
• ▹Integrate customer feedback into model iteration cycles using Agile methods
• ▹Submit the Predictive Model Performance Report covering key findings, model accuracy metrics and operational impact
• ▹Run sprint-based Agile development with rapid cycles and backlog grooming
• ▹Provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate before each analytics project (FTE hours, compute costs, storage, infrastructure)
• ▹Conduct quarterly reviews of cost efficiency, system performance and analytic workflows (Quarterly Cost & Resource Utilization Report)

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field, or seven years of equivalent experience in machine learning and predictive modeling
• ▹Proficiency in data mining, statistical modeling and AI-driven forecasting with structured and unstructured data sources
• ▹Knowledge of data visualization, feature selection and geospatial analytics
• ▹Experience in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering and statistical testing
• ▹Experience with Python, R, SQL and data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
• ▹Experience with cloud-based AI/ML tools such as AWS SageMaker or Azure Machine Learning and with putting models into operational workflows
• ▹Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and work within an Agile sprint cycle

Nice to have

• ▹AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals or Certified Data Scientist (CDS) certification
