BI / Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop Customer-Cube analyses, dashboards, data models, and visualizations
• ▹Build best-practice analyses for SaaS products with recommendations for growth, efficiency, and retention
• ▹Establish relevant KPIs, reports, and analysis standards
• ▹Prepare analyses and decision materials for Marketing, Partner Management, Customer Success, and Executive Management
• ▹Critically review existing reporting, identify optimization potential in the analytics landscape

Requirements

• ▹Degree in statistics, data analytics, business informatics, or analytically focused business economics, or comparable qualification
• ▹Relevant professional experience in BI, data analytics, or a comparable analytical role
• ▹Solid SQL knowledge, experience analyzing and structuring data from various sources
• ▹Familiarity with ETL processes and dashboarding tools (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau)
• ▹Ideally experience at a SaaS company or digital business model
• ▹Familiarity with SaaS KPIs such as NRR, Logo Churn, ARPC, or willingness to learn them quickly
• ▹Confident communication in German and English
