Responsibilities

• ▹Embed in an assigned business function to understand its priorities and challenges
• ▹Proactively identify analytical opportunities before stakeholders ask
• ▹Design and lead experiments, A/B tests and pilots with clear success metrics
• ▹Deliver insights with clear recommendations and next steps
• ▹Build dashboards, reports and analytical frameworks for ongoing business monitoring
• ▹Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer behavior and operational efficiency
• ▹Develop forecasting and predictive models to support strategic planning
• ▹Analyze experiment results with statistical rigor and deliver clear go/no-go recommendations
• ▹Build repeatable experimentation frameworks
• ▹Train business partners on self-service analytics tools and metric definitions
• ▹Create documentation so stakeholders can answer basic questions independently
• ▹Serve as the data expert for your business area, ensuring consistent interpretation of metrics

Requirements

• ▹4-7 years in business intelligence, data analytics or a related analytical role
• ▹Advanced SQL skills, able to structure complex analyses independently
• ▹Strong proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar)
• ▹Deep understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design
• ▹Proficiency in R or Python for automated data processing, statistical modeling and advanced visualization
• ▹Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• ▹Exceptional communication skills, able to tell compelling stories with data
• ▹Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with the Looker semantic layer (LookerML)
