Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Understanding business needs and translating them into IT solutions
• ▹End-to-end solution design (aligning multiple systems)
• ▹Preparing and maintaining IT implementation plans
• ▹Overseeing integrations and data flows between systems
• ▹Coordinating development work and tracking its lifecycle
• ▹Leading workshops (with stakeholders and suppliers)
• ▹Continuous status reporting and escalation when needed

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 3+ years of experience in solution / system design
• ▹Strong system design mindset
• ▹Application development project experience
• ▹Knowledge of the banking / financial domain
• ▹Confident stakeholder communication
• ▹Independent, structured thinking

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of UML
• ▹Agile methodology experience
• ▹Enterprise system implementation experience
