Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Shaping enterprise-level architecture at both strategic and operational levels
• ▹High-level design of complex IT solutions (application / data / technology)
• ▹Defining system integration directions
• ▹Establishing and enforcing architecture standards and guidelines
• ▹Developing and rationalizing the application portfolio
• ▹Supporting business-side technology decisions
• ▹Close collaboration between IT, business, and external partners

Requirements

• ▹Experience in an enterprise or solution architect role
• ▹Ability to see the big picture across complex systems and think end-to-end
• ▹Strong background in system integration and application architecture
• ▹Ability to "translate" between business and technology
• ▹Confident communication with stakeholders
• ▹Use of English for professional documentation

Nice to have

• ▹Banking / financial domain experience
• ▹Knowledge of architecture modeling methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate)
• ▹Experience with event-driven architecture, data streaming / data mesh
• ▹Experience with large-scale enterprise system rollouts
