Responsibilities

• ▹Creating solutions that meet business needs and align to strategic direction
• ▹Leading architecture discovery for new or proposed initiatives
• ▹Performing Architecture Impact Assessments to ascertain architectural significance and impact
• ▹Driving key architecture decisions at solution and enterprise level
• ▹Developing architecture patterns, principles, and other guardrails
• ▹Contributing to current and target state architecture development and roadmaps
• ▹Leading technical discovery workshops and facilitating collaborative design sessions
• ▹Enabling others via mentorship and guidance
• ▹Working closely with engineering teams to guide technical implementation
• ▹Working with product managers to align with product vision
• ▹Working with business stakeholders to guide decision-making and elicit requirements
• ▹Working with other architects to ensure alignment

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of software development experience
• ▹5+ years of architecture experience, ideally within banking or fintech
• ▹Proven track record of architecting valuable solutions in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• ▹Experience within CFD and/or Crypto
