Help Desk Support Services Specialist (Tier II/III)

Responsibilities

• ▹Resolve complex technical problems escalated beyond Tier II/III support
• ▹Partner with network services, software systems engineering, and application development teams to restore services
• ▹Recreate and simulate user-reported problems in test environments to diagnose root causes
• ▹Analyze recurring trends and recommend system modifications
• ▹Provide day-to-day technical guidance across PC, server, and mainframe environments

Requirements

• ▹High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of progressively responsible IT support experience
• ▹Proven track record handling complex, high-tier technical problems escalated by junior staff
• ▹Experience troubleshooting across enterprise environments and multi-tiered applications
• ▹Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Oracle DBA fundamentals, ETL tools (Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica), and performance tuning
• ▹Active Secret security clearance

Nice to have

• ▹CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
• ▹Familiarity with cyber risk and compliance automation tools
