Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• ▹Guiding multiple teams along value streams from directive management toward true ownership and self-organization
• ▹Regularly facilitating effective retrospectives for several teams in parallel to establish concrete, trackable improvements
• ▹Advancing Kanban practice (board discipline, WIP limits, flow transparency) and sharpening the shared understanding of 'Definition of Done/Ready'
• ▹Establishing data-driven optimization cycles in which teams independently test and evaluate improvement hypotheses
• ▹Working closely with product and engineering leads to remove organizational obstacles and build measurable structures (e.g. Flow and DORA metrics)

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a comparable role within software development
• ▹Solid hands-on experience with Kanban, agile hybrid methods, and effectively facilitating continuous improvement processes
• ▹Knowledge of Team Topologies (or comparable organizational frameworks), relevant agile certifications, and practical SAFe knowledge
• ▹Analytical mindset: deriving improvement potential from observations and concrete data
• ▹Strong communication and assertiveness, empathetic team relationships combined with confident presence toward leadership
• ▹Very good German and good English
