Multilingual Technical Support Specialist (Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Polish)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
• ▹Assist customers with product and service-related questions
• ▹Support order processing and order-related inquiries
• ▹Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues
• ▹Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• ▹Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
• ▹Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction
• ▹Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• ▹Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues

Requirements

• ▹Fluent Dutch, Italian, Spanish, or Polish (C1 level or higher)
• ▹Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset
• ▹Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• ▹Confidence using digital tools and computer systems
• ▹Legal right to work in Hungary (valid work and residence permit for non-EU candidates)

Nice to have

• ▹Previous customer service, technical support, or contact center experience
• ▹Interest in technology and consumer electronics
