Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and maintain Linux-based lab environments supporting development and testing activities
• ▹Manage and support hardware and software lifecycle (LCM), including upgrades, replacements and decommissioning
• ▹Work with physical lab infrastructure, including servers, storage and connectivity components
• ▹Contribute to system integration, verification and troubleshooting of infrastructure components
• ▹Support cloud and virtualization environments (e.g. OpenStack, Kubernetes)
• ▹Work with network configurations and connectivity aspects within lab setups
• ▹Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and consistency
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions
• ▹Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
• ▹Continuously identify and implement improvements in stability, scalability and automation
• ▹Participate in development activities such as requirement analysis, system, architecture, hardware and software design
• ▹Collaborate in integration, verification and simulation processes
• ▹Contribute to designing tools and support for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and to creating product documentation

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience with Linux system administration (core requirement)
• ▹Basic understanding of hardware components (servers, storage, rack environments)
• ▹Experience with lifecycle management (LCM) of hardware and software
• ▹Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
• ▹Experience or exposure to cloud / virtualization platforms: OpenStack, Kubernetes, or one of Google GCP, AWS Public Cloud, Azure Public Cloud
• ▹Basic knowledge of automation and scripting (Bash, Python)
• ▹Experience troubleshooting complex systems across hardware and software layers
• ▹Strong collaboration and communication skills
• ▹Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
• ▹Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with CI/CD pipelines or infrastructure as code
• ▹Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
