Technical Support Engineer - French speaking

Responsibilities

• ▹Resolve customer issues that can be handled with available documentation for single-phase UPS products (hardware and software) via phone/email/webchat
• ▹Follow up on hardware and software escalations involving Level 2, Level 3, and Quality
• ▹Drive customer loyalty through service quality, improved value, and a high-performance culture
• ▹Contribute to the daily organization and delivery of technical support tasks across people, process, and technology
• ▹Keep process documentation up to date
• ▹Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous improvement initiatives at BSC Budapest
• ▹Support customer satisfaction and cycle time/cost improvements through team-based problem solving

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Industrial Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Energy) from an accredited institution
• ▹Understanding of electrical products and basic applications
• ▹Fluent English and French
• ▹Basic network knowledge
• ▹Analytical mindset, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ▹MSc degree in Electrical Engineering
