Responsibilities

• ▹Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes
• ▹Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities
• ▹Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability
• ▹Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions
• ▹Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies
• ▹Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
• ▹Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors
• ▹Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians
• ▹Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines
• ▹Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders
• ▹Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies, earning certifications while applying them on real projects

Requirements

• ▹Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• ▹Enterprise IT application experience
• ▹Hands-on experience in at least one of: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration or systems architecture in the public cloud AWS domain
• ▹In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices and procedures
• ▹Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models
• ▹Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• ▹Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
