Compensation Team Lead - Technical Expertise and Specializations

Responsibilities

• ▹Technical, system-related activities: configuring the Workday Job Catalog, eligibility rules, grades, grade profiles, bonus plans, and allowances
• ▹Actively support the Annual Performance and Compensation round and participate in related projects
• ▹Collaborate with the Reward Partner on Executive Compensation, preparing compensation proposals for offers and related system configuration
• ▹Provide process support for the Roche Connect stock program: requirements gathering, testing of the technical solution, custom object loads, and daily monitoring during the enrollment period
• ▹Perform audit- and integration-related checks of reports and exception logs, and maintain related data in collaboration with other P&C teams
• ▹Drive future technical enhancements through direct and matrix leadership of specialized Technical Reward Analysts and wider project teams
• ▹Build an engaging culture to attract and retain top talent, coaching team members on their development and career plans
• ▹Connect team members located across multiple locations through regular team meetings and equitable opportunities
• ▹Ensure ongoing dialogue on career and capability topics through frequent check-ins
