Responsibilities

• ▹Own the end-to-end deployment journey from first process file to a working, measurably improving production workflow.
• ▹Feed the product while working: build features, agents, and skill files; fix bugs found along the way.
• ▹Drive organizational adoption, turning early deployments into lasting customer capability.
• ▹Work at technical depth: configure Camunda clusters, debug integration failures, build custom agents where defaults don't fit.
• ▹Build the playbook, documenting what works to make the next deployment faster.
• ▹Hand off deliberately, leaving customer teams trained and independent.

Requirements

• ▹Enterprise production experience — shipped something inside a large organization and stayed to see it operate.
• ▹Technical depth: debugging integration failures, writing custom agents against legacy APIs, standing up a Camunda cluster from scratch, explaining generated BPMN to engineers and business leads.
• ▹Stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership without losing precision.
• ▹Practical AI experience solving real production problems: context management, prompt engineering, agent testing, integration tradeoffs.
• ▹Comfort with ambiguity — sound judgment calls without a playbook, documenting what's learned.
• ▹Occasional travel.
• ▹Ability and/or willingness to use the product.

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in a customer-facing engineering or professional services role.
• ▹Familiarity with regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance).
• ▹Production experience with agentic systems or AI-integrated workflows.
• ▹Contributions to a shared platform or open-source project others built on.
