Technical Account Manager - East Coast North America

Responsibilities

• ▹Team up with other TAMs at Camunda's largest, most strategic enterprise customers as their trusted advisor through the adoption journey.
• ▹Technical deep dive into platform architecture aspects of the TAM service portfolio.
• ▹Guide the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans to maximize business outcomes.
• ▹Deliver hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services from onboarding through ongoing operations.
• ▹Identify and remove execution risks via health checks and escalation management.
• ▹Foster relationships with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Pre-Sales.
• ▹Regularly spend time on-site with accounts for key milestones.

Requirements

• ▹Ability and/or willingness to use the product.
• ▹At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar role.
• ▹Strong background architecting and deploying large distributed systems for mission-critical applications.
• ▹Relevant technical skills such as Kubernetes CKAD or CKA level.
• ▹Hands-on experience with at least one high-level programming language (Java, C#, Python) and enterprise frameworks.
• ▹Proven experience with large-scale deployments on AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift.
• ▹Strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, tailoring solutions to unique customer challenges.
• ▹Experience providing advisory services to technical and business stakeholders, communicating complex concepts clearly.
• ▹Track record building strong, trusted relationships at all seniority levels.
• ▹Willingness to spend time on-site (up to ~30% during certain periods).

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, or RPA.
• ▹Relevant certifications (CKAD, CKA, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect).
• ▹Familiarity with Camunda products.
