Responsibilities

  • ▹Build back-office solutions that help Wise Servicing agents worldwide verify customers
  • ▹Deliver adaptable, impactful solutions as a platform for servicing agents and product teams
  • ▹Understand and resolve bottlenecks in servicing processes

Requirements

  • ▹5+ years of experience building frontend applications, with familiarity in TypeScript, React, user behaviour tracking and an eye for great API design
  • ▹Experience designing, developing and deploying scalable backend microservices

Soft skills

Strong product thinking, able to challenge the status quo and propose new ideas and optimisationsComfortable working on big challenges, taking full ownership of the customer journeyWriting clean, testable, maintainable code, committed to code reviews and continuous improvementStrong sense of UX and design, great attention to detailPassion for accessible web applicationsGreat communication skills, experience working with globally distributed cross-functional peers (designers, PMs, analysts)
