Senior Product Engineer (Integrations)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain framework integrations: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more
• ▹Design new integration patterns for emerging frameworks: callback handler, decorator, OTEL auto-instrumentation, or a combination
• ▹Contribute to the core Python and TypeScript SDKs — new hook points, better context propagation, performance optimizations
• ▹Write documentation and integration guides: quickstart tutorials, cookbooks, migration paths
• ▹Be a voice in the developer community: answer GitHub issues, write blog posts, engage in Slack/Discord, build relationships with framework maintainers

Requirements

• ▹Passionate about the LLM ecosystem, having built real applications with LangChain, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, or similar
• ▹Strong in Python and/or TypeScript, writing clean, reliable code
• ▹Product-minded engineer who obsesses over the getting-started experience: lines of code, helpful error messages, working docs examples
• ▹Self-directed and motivated, developing conviction about what to build rather than waiting for detailed specs
• ▹Excited about open source and developer community
• ▹CS or quantitative degree preferred, but not required

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
• ▹Contributions to popular open source projects, SDKs, or developer tools
• ▹Experience building developer tooling, CLIs, or client libraries
• ▹Former founder or early startup experience
• ▹Active presence in AI/ML developer communities (blog posts, talks, open source)
