Senior Product Engineer (Growth)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain the data stack (PostHog, BigQuery, DBT, Metabase) to generate insight into user behavior
• ▹Map and monitor the core conversion funnel for every feature in PostHog
• ▹Act as the internal advocate for how customers actually adopt and use the product
• ▹Ship continuous improvements that reduce onboarding friction
• ▹Run experiments on changes to the signup flow
• ▹Collaborate with feature-focused Product Engineers and Designers
• ▹Build loops that help customers expand into the full product suite
• ▹Run growth experiments such as shareable content and user-generated content (e.g. a public prompt library)
• ▹Integrate trending AI topics into the product and write about the results

Requirements

• ▹Drive to learn new things and experiment across many different topics
• ▹Business sense and a vision for how Langfuse succeeds through product-led growth
• ▹Full-stack development experience, able to ship changes across FE and BE with confidence (frontend-leaning)
• ▹SQL skills for analytics
• ▹Genuine excitement to talk to and think like the users

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with devtools / OSS ecosystems and developer-centric go-to-market
• ▹A strong taste for UX / design
• ▹Familiarity with AI/LLM engineering
• ▹Former founders are very welcome
