Responsibilities

• ▹Own Langfuse Cloud production operations on AWS ECS Fargate and ClickHouse Cloud: deployments, autoscaling, capacity planning, cost optimization
• ▹Build world-class observability: own the Datadog setup end to end — dashboards, alerts, SLOs
• ▹Make self-hosting effortless: own and evolve the Helm chart, Docker Compose configuration, and deployment documentation
• ▹Automate everything: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated scaling, zero-downtime deployments
• ▹Scale for what's next: agent observability, real-time evaluation, and other emerging product directions
• ▹Harden security and compliance across cloud and self-hosted deployments

Requirements

• ▹Strong infrastructure or SRE engineering experience running systems at scale
• ▹Experience operating production workloads on AWS (ECS/Fargate, networking, IAM, S3) or comparable hyperscale vendors
• ▹Comfortable with container orchestration: Kubernetes and/or ECS, Helm charts, Docker
• ▹Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar)
• ▹Strong monitoring and observability instincts, with dashboards and alerts that actually catch problems
• ▹Strong opinions about reliability, automation, and shipping infrastructure changes safely
• ▹Interest in open source and genuine enjoyment helping users debug self-hosted deployments
• ▹CS or quantitative degree preferred

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with ClickHouse Cloud or other managed analytical databases
• ▹Background in operating high-throughput event processing or observability infrastructure
• ▹Contributions to open source infrastructure tooling (Helm charts, Terraform modules)
• ▹Former founder
