IT Support Specialist

Frontline IT Support Specialist troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues while improving IT processes and vendor management across the organization.

Stack

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and maintenance of repeatable workflows such as onboarding and device imaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Facilities, People Ops) to ensure seamless employee experiences
  • Act as frontline IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs and maintenance
  • Manage hardware and software inventories to keep systems secure and standardized

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in macOS (working knowledge of Windows is a plus)
  • Experience with identity and device management tools (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune)
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Atlassian products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within Mac and macOS environments
  • Experience orchestrating high-production all-hands events, including AV and technical setup
