Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

Senior Technical Customer Success Manager role responsible for successful onboarding, adoption and value realization of Sentry customers, working closely with sales and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Sentry product expert and help customers achieve their goals using the platform
  • Drive customer success and health through effective onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define and achieve business and technical objectives
  • Act as a trusted, strategic advisor to each assigned customer
  • Partner closely with the sales team to identify and drive expansion opportunities
  • Advocate for customers internally, communicate their needs, and help prioritize product improvements

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, or another customer-facing role
  • Strong technical background and deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related technologies
  • Industry experience with DevOps, application monitoring, software release tools, and cloud-native infrastructure platforms
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, ProServices)
  • Self-driven, passionate about technology and fast-growing SaaS companies

Nice to have

  • Past experience as a developer or DevOps engineer
  • Extensive knowledge of application monitoring, logs, metrics, and traces
