Responsibilities

• ▹Ideate and implement (front- and backend) full growth features and experiments with significant impact on user acquisition, e.g. driving product virality
• ▹Create in-product onboarding to drive activation
• ▹Set up a pricing experimentation system and use it to iterate on pricing

Requirements

• ▹No formal experience, certifications or degrees required - looking for enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving hard problems via past projects, designs or GitHub contributions
• ▹Strong full-stack engineering skills (backend-leaning, frontend-leaning, or half-half)
• ▹Strong product sense
• ▹Interest in growth and the business side of things

Nice to have

• ▹Experience launching or growing products
• ▹Competence with analytics and experimentation tools
• ▹Design skills
