Responsibilities

• ▹Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform
• ▹Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data
• ▹Write and ship minimal, secure code for highly stringent, low-resource deployment environments
• ▹Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques

Requirements

• ▹Proven track record shipping full-stack production code in Python and React
• ▹Strong, well-rounded coding ability, comfortable working across the entire stack
• ▹Experience building and deploying high-performance client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications used by millions of users
• ▹Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• ▹A product-owner mindset: asking "should we build this?" before "how do we build this?"
• ▹Strong opinions on great user experience, willing to push back on designs or specs that don't serve the user
• ▹Experience owning features end-to-end, from understanding the user problem to shipping and measuring impact
