Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain products and the platform on top of cutting-edge voice models
• ▹Take high ownership: ship end-to-end features across the front and back end, and help set the direction of the features you work on
• ▹Collaborate closely with Engineering, Growth and Sales to design solutions for the most important customer and internal workflows
• ▹Scope and build brand new proof of concept products, sometimes directly with partner customers
• ▹Improve existing products: UX changes, new functionality, integrations
• ▹Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure as the company scales
• ▹Collect, manage and process massive-scale datasets for the next generation of voice models

Requirements

• ▹No formal experience, certifications or degrees required - looking for enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving hard problems via past projects, designs or GitHub contributions
• ▹Expertise in Python
• ▹Experience with web development using TypeScript/React
• ▹Familiarity with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure (APIs, cloud tools, storage solutions, data structures)
