Software Architect – TAS

Software Architect role in Deutsche Telekom's Talent Attraction & Sourcing (TAS) team, shaping the technical foundation of global HR products and digital platforms in close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers and UX Designers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the architecture of software solutions, platforms and integrations, ensuring scalability, security and long-term maintainability
  • Guide product teams from solution design through implementation and launch, ensuring technical decisions align with architectural principles and business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Software Architect, Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, establish technical standards, and drive the continuous optimization and harmonization of solution designs
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities and industry trends, provide technical guidance, and contribute to cross-functional projects and architecture initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect or Senior Software Engineer with strong architectural responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of modern software architectures, cloud technologies, APIs, integration patterns and scalable application design
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams supporting products throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Fluent in English
