System Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze existing application logic and documentation processes
• ▹Define requirements for migration to new systems
• ▹Support the transformation of planning and documentation workflows
• ▹Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams
• ▹Ensure consistency and quality in transferred processes
• ▹Migrate business logic from REBELL & PLURAL to DiCO and PlanDok
• ▹Optimize planning and documentation workflows

Requirements

• ▹Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• ▹Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
• ▹Ability to understand complex IT processes and translate them into structured documentation
• ▹Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g. BPMN, UML, Flows) — a must
