Solution Architect – German Language Skills, UCC / Voice Solutions

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze customers' business requirements and translate them into detailed technical solution plans and architecture documentation
• ▹Develop and present solution proposals, offer documents and cost calculations to stakeholders, demonstrating technical feasibility and business value
• ▹Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales managers, and QA specialists, to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• ▹Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for proposed initiatives and technology implementations
• ▹Provide technical guidance and mentoring during the implementation phase
• ▹Communicate with German-speaking customers to understand requirements, present solutions, and provide technical advice
• ▹Clearly and systematically document solution architectures, system designs, and technical specifications
• ▹Stay up to date with new technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of professional experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or similar technical roles
• ▹Confident knowledge of German, written and spoken
• ▹Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
• ▹Expertise in designing scalable, secure and efficient enterprise solutions
• ▹Knowledge of UCC and voice technologies
• ▹Experience in project management
• ▹Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills
• ▹Willingness to travel
