Microsoft 365 Architect with German Language

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement and optimize Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• ▹Plan and execute iCloud replacements or integrations via App Protection Policies (MAM) and structured OneDrive migrations
• ▹Consult on information architecture, collaboration concepts and user adoption
• ▹Design and operate modern workplace solutions with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
• ▹Implement Windows 11 rollouts, device strategies and security baselines
• ▹Create and maintain smartphone and device policies (iOS, Android, Windows)
• ▹Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
• ▹Design and implement modern identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID
• ▹Implement Conditional Access, MFA and Zero Trust principles
• ▹Migrate and decommission on-premises Active Directory environments
• ▹Establish governance policies and compliance controls
• ▹Optional: plan and implement Azure Landing Zones, support cloud transformation and hybrid scenarios

Requirements

• ▹Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Cloud Architect or comparable role
• ▹In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure
• ▹Proven hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• ▹MDM/MAM concepts and mobile security (especially Intune)
• ▹Experience with Azure Landing Zones and cloud governance
• ▹Knowledge of identity and security architectures (Zero Trust)
• ▹Experience migrating on-premises infrastructure to the cloud
• ▹Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance requirements
• ▹Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong customer orientation
• ▹Technical leadership in projects and workshops with customers, architects and internal teams
• ▹Very good German and good English skills
