Technical Consultant – Network & Observability

Responsibilities

• ▹Bring technical expertise into the proposal phase, supporting sales
• ▹Present concepts in customer meetings
• ▹Design and implement modern network and monitoring architectures together with customers
• ▹Work with tools such as Kentik, NetBrain, LogicMonitor
• ▹Use AI-driven analysis to surface anomalies, bottlenecks, and performance trends
• ▹Coordinate technical steps within IT projects

Requirements

• ▹Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• ▹Familiarity with network technologies, LAN/WAN architectures, and TCP/IP
• ▹Knowledge of observability, telemetry, SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog concepts, or willingness to learn them
• ▹Initial exposure to monitoring or automation platforms
• ▹Service-oriented attitude and clear communication
• ▹Very good German and English, and willingness to travel

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Linux systems or scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell)
