Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and deliver clean, responsive user interfaces and intuitive APIs for internal users
• ▹Improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability systems to keep services robust in production
• ▹Build developer tooling for the team and the broader firm, including tooling for agentic coding systems
• ▹Write clear documentation so systems are easy to understand, adopt, and maintain
• ▹Drive engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, well-tested implementations, and clean, maintainable architecture

Requirements

• ▹Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience using React.js, Material-UI, and modern build tools such as Vite
• ▹Experience developing and maintaining web backends and HTTP APIs, preferably in Python
• ▹Familiarity with Go, PHP, Ruby, Perl, or other server-side languages is welcome
• ▹Working experience with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQLite
• ▹Comfortable in a Unix/Linux environment, with practical experience in CI/CD pipelines and Docker/containerized applications
• ▹Experience with Kubernetes or distributed systems is a plus
• ▹Strong debugging skills and the ability to methodically work through complex issues
• ▹Clear, collaborative communication style, able to explain technical decisions and work effectively across teams
