Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement innovative, tailored solutions for clients
• ▹Work in agile project teams, guiding the introduction and further development of Salesforce-based solutions
• ▹Own the architecture and strategic conception of complex Salesforce projects and represent them to internal and external stakeholders
• ▹Plan work packages to solve technical problems and provide professional leadership for a team of software engineers and test designers
• ▹Conduct code and architecture reviews, ensuring quality assurance of implemented solutions
• ▹Support sales in preparing proposals (project planning, solution architecture, effort estimation)

Requirements

• ▹Proven, multi-year hands-on experience designing and implementing software architectures in a Salesforce environment
• ▹Experience-based understanding of digital architectures, modern applications, data management, and cloud
• ▹Confident handling of clients, technology partners and agile development teams, including in an international context
• ▹Very good communication skills, high self-organization and independent work style
• ▹Salesforce certifications

Nice to have

• ▹Application Architect and/or System Architect certification
• ▹Process know-how in Manufacturing and/or Energy & Utilities
