Solution Architect – SAP SuccessFactors

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise companies and public employers on their cloud journey and on digitizing HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors
• ▹Play a key role across all phases of SAP SuccessFactors projects, from planning to go-live and beyond
• ▹Build innovative, integrated IT solutions together with adjacent expert teams
• ▹Advise business departments on feasibility and lead architecture workshops
• ▹Present solutions and system demos to clients and support proposal preparation

Requirements

• ▹Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors suite and module interdependencies
• ▹Several years of experience in IT landscape architecture and integration with other SAP solutions (e.g., BTP) and third-party tools
• ▹Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services and interest in related technologies (Microsoft Entra, Okta)
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to present complex topics clearly

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM / SAP HCM for S/4HANA and SAP SF EC integrations or SAP Work Zone
