B2B IT Services Sales – New Business Acquisition

A pure hunter-style B2B sales role at a Berlin IT systems house, focused entirely on winning new SME customers through phone, LinkedIn, and in-person first meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Build your own pipeline through targeted outbound activity
  • Research and cold-call SME prospects by phone and LinkedIn
  • Run first meetings, prepare offers, and close contracts
  • Hand off onboarding cleanly to the technical team after closing

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with genuine new-business acquisition
  • Proven track record of cold outreach, not just account management
  • Basic IT understanding (cloud, security, managed services) at an explainable level
  • Based in Berlin or the surrounding area

Nice to have

  • Background in IT, telecom, SaaS, or office technology sales

What we offer

  • Base salary of €36,000–42,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission on new-customer contribution margin plus recurring commission
  • Realistic first-year target income of €55,000–70,000, top performers over €80,000
