Enterprise & Business Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop business capabilities, target architecture and long-term roadmaps
• ▹Create the link between Combitech's strategy, capabilities, processes, information and IT landscape
• ▹Translate business goals into clear target pictures, guiding principles and prioritised change initiatives
• ▹Analyse the current state and future needs, identify gaps and dependencies, and prepare decision material
• ▹Facilitate strategic dialogues and create shared understanding between business and IT
• ▹Balance Combitech's specific business needs with the Saab group's strategic direction, shared platforms and architecture principles
• ▹Develop and maintain business capabilities, value streams and business models
• ▹Create target architectures and roadmaps for business, information, applications and technology
• ▹Support portfolio management and prioritisation by clarifying business value, risk and feasibility

Requirements

• ▹Relevant academic education or equivalent competence acquired in other ways
• ▹Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, business development or strategic transformation
• ▹Experience translating business goals into capabilities, target pictures, roadmaps and guiding principles
• ▹Good understanding of processes, information management, application landscape and IT governance
• ▹Experience facilitating workshops and communicating with management and specialists
• ▹Pass a security clearance with registry check, as the work is subject to defence secrecy

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with capability-based planning, value streams and target-picture work
• ▹Knowledge of frameworks and methods such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, BIZBOK or similar
• ▹Experience in portfolio management, investment prioritisation, larger transformation initiatives, information architecture, data governance, cybersecurity or architecture work in larger organisations
