Responsibilities

• ▹Design AI-native architectures and intelligent systems
• ▹Build and deploy LLM-based applications and RAG solutions in production
• ▹Create agent-based workflows and autonomous system behaviors
• ▹Define governance, observability, monitoring and evaluation strategies
• ▹Integrate AI into existing products, platforms and business processes
• ▹Guide clients through technical and organizational decisions involving performance, reliability, cost and control
• ▹Shape AI strategy, develop internal capabilities and evaluate emerging technologies in the AI Advisory Team

Requirements

• ▹Senior-level, hands-on experience in applied AI
• ▹Ability to move comfortably between strategic discussions, architecture decisions and implementation
• ▹Understanding of the demands of consulting
• ▹Several of the following in your background: building production applications with large language models; Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases and complex information sources; agent frameworks and orchestration platforms; system architecture, distributed systems and large-scale software development; Python or a comparable programming language; Azure, AWS or GCP, including evaluation, monitoring and optimization of AI systems

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering or data engineering
