Responsibilities

• ▹Represent and safeguard the O2C process within the IEB programme, focusing on external sales of trucks, buses and Power Solutions
• ▹Align O2C for external sales with inter-/intracompany needs and support BPOs with process documentation and governance
• ▹Steer design decisions towards scalability, industry practice and the customer's target architecture
• ▹Identify, communicate and escalate business impact when adapting existing processes to industry standard
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional process areas and the Service Integrator for seamless integration across several business areas

Requirements

• ▹University degree, preferably in computer science
• ▹At least eight years of documented experience in business architecture and SAP S/4HANA O2C
• ▹Documented experience in Order-to-Delivery in a manufacturing environment
• ▹Solid understanding of sales, delivery (including export) and invoicing processes
• ▹Significant experience as a Business Architect in complex, global environments
• ▹Experience in process documentation and BPMN tools (ARIS is used at the customer)
• ▹Hybrid work with three days a week on site in Södertälje
• ▹Fluent English in speech and writing
